Shipping and returns

Delivery Charges.

UK Delivery charge:-
Up to £15 of goods = £3.88
Up to £30 of goods = £4.70
Up to £60 of goods = £5.51

At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply

Up to £120 of goods = £7.50
Above £120 of goods = £10.80

How long does it take to arrive?

Standard recorded delivery:- 2 - 5 working days (Although Royal Mail advise that 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day).

From time to time we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items, you will be notified if the item is out of stock when you add it to the basket. Most out of stock items can be supplied within 7 working days.

Security and Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.

Returns and Refunds

The Adult Outlet Store wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. No questions asked. If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.

Defective Items

When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items. If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. If you email us we can provide a free post return address. Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working. Please clean the items before returning.

Clothing

Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cant do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie. What we can say is that if you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you. If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.

DVD's and Magazines

We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.

Time Scales

Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return - Guaranteed.

Returning an Item

No refunds or exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address.
